All internet purchases attract a 20% discount and FREE delivery on any order placed by 31st December 2016.
The discount applies to the list price in the on-line catalogue and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Internet order discount is available for individual customers and libraries only.

Invoices - if you require an invoice, please indicate on your purchase order.
For new customers, orders must be paid in full before books can be despatched.
Payment terms are 30 days


Despatch

Books are despatched by courier in the UK; allow 21 days for delivery outside the UK.

Cancellations and Returns

Orders are taken in good faith of being fulfilled; unless a condition arises which prevents us from being able to satisfy the order.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. If within 14 days of receiving your order, you wish to cancel it, you must inform us immediately in writing. You then have an additional 14 days in which to return the goods to us. Postage and packing costs incurred by you when returning items are entirely at your own expense and will not be refunded. 
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with Pindar Press.
